5 Days Return & Exchange For Product Damage
- The return of your purchased orders will be acknowledged on its unfolded state with all the supporting documents like tags, bills, etc...
- We require a letter of Reason to be emailed to us before you return the product at jeyachandranmarketing@gmail.com
- Without receiving an email from the customer, no product return would be initiated.
- Strictly after 5 days of shipment, no returns can be undertaken.
- Extra charges will not be levied on our fault in the replacement of the product.
- The products that need to be exchanged should be in original condition with the Invoice and tags intact as in purchasing. Without original Invoice and tags returns will not be validated.
- In case of complaints regarding any damage or stain or other reasons must be reported within 24 hours of purchasing the products. We would require an image of the same for us to examine.
- Exchange will entertained only for damages .
- Strictly no refunds allowed for non damaged products.

- Please note that in certain products like hand loom and silk products certain weaving effects looking like defects are not manufacturing defects but inherent nature of the product during production. Such items will not be considered for exchange as manufacturing defects.
- Make sure that you return your products within 5 working days of confirmation in proper condition along with original packing. Include a copy of the invoice. Do not return washed, changed or worn products.

jeyachandrantextiles.com main object is to give complete customer satisfaction and a smiling experience after the purchases & delivery.
Since we are sourcing the products from manufacturing unit, there is through checking and quality control on our products before leaving the factory. Also before dispatch our team thoroughly checks every item before packing the same. However if in case if there is any manufacturing defects in our apparel products we will readily exchange the same for you.
We commit that if there is a mistake of sending any manufacturing defective goods to you then the return courier cost will be borne by us.
